If I'm not paying on behalf of my business - do I pay under my personal SSN quarterly? I have set money aside to be paying my taxes but cannot figure how to pay. This is my first time being self employed with a sole proprietorship. Thanks!

Yes, use your SSN to make the estimated payments.
@Anonymous_ so even if I have the business under a separate EIN, I should pay taxes under my personal SSN?
Correct
Yes, you can pay under your social security number, if you're not using and EIN - Employer Identification Number.
Here's a good resource for how to make the payments. When you get to the IRS payment website, and select the payment method, you'll choose tax year 2024, form 1040, and estimated payment. You'll then authenticate your identity and make the payment. Be sure to save a copy of your confirmation for reference.
Hope this helps!
Cindy
