Line 24 contains the opposite wording in year 2019 from 2018. Previously most people would answer "Yes" and avoid Form 8990, but for 2019 the answer needs to be "No" to avoid Form 8990. However, TurboTax Business still lists the questions lending to the "Yes" answer (and marks the Form "Yes") when the wording should lead to "No" answers/indication on the Form.
Is this currently being investigated/updated? If not, should I manually adjust the "form view" of the return or purposely answer those questions (on the "About Your Business" screen) incorrectly?

This is a big change and the program will eventually get updated to reflect the change ... the current program is FAR from fully operational and will not be until sometime in January ... patience is always needed as the program is under construction.

Thanks - so is my best approach to just monitor/ensure that this is updated by the time I eFile in late January and if not, just manually update the form view?
Correct ... although changes can be made in the FORMS mode they will void the accuracy guarantee and can keep you from efiling.
TurboTax will be updating the 2019 business forms availability later in December and can be viewed using this TurboTax support FAQ - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-planning-and-deadlines/help/irs-forms-availability-table-for-t...
