Filling in Spouse Self-employment income

I'm trying to finish our 2020 joint taxes and I've entered all of my income, but it won't allow me to enter my spouses self-employment income.  Is this a glitch in the system.  Please help me so I can get this done and filed.

Thanks,

Gary

Filling in Spouse Self-employment income

This is the Home and Business product

Filling in Spouse Self-employment income

If you are filing a joint return AND you have the Self Employed Online version then you should be able to add a Sch C and indicate it was for the spouse ...

How to enter income from Self Employment

In the H&B version look for the Sch C in the Business tab.

You can just type Schedule C into the search bar at the top of your return and it should give you a JUMP TO link to go directly to it.

To add another business or Schedule C….

Go to Business tab-Continue

Business Income and Expenses

Profit or Loss from Business, click Start or Update.

You should see the Business Summary page that lists your businesses, right below the list you can Add Another Business.

Be sure to add it under the right spouse if you are married.
