Quick employer forms will not print

Pop ups are allowed for this app. Adobe reader is enabled. It e-filed or so it says but when I press PRINT to send to the 1099 named on the form it poofs, quickly closes, and the form does not appear to send to the printer or to create a pdf.

NYS now requires that a single member LLC using TurboTax file form IT-204-LL electronically. But, where is this form? Thank you.
