Processing e-file request Status

I filed 1099’s (NEC & MISC) in Intuit Quick Employer Forms and the status remains as “Processing E-File Request” for the past 24 hours. Who do I need to follow up with to make sure records are not lost?  Thank you.

The IRS is behind schedule on absolutely everything this year.  That includes efiling payroll tax returns.  There is just a long line of efiled returns waiting for the IRS to acknowledge them.  You will receive a notification email from TurboTax once your returns have been accepted or rejected by the IRS.
