Inbound shipping costs (freight) are typically listed in the Cost of Goods Sold section.

 

Outbound shipping costs (i.e., cost to ship goods to customers) are typically deducted as expenses.

Line 48 (Part V) on Schedule C (Other expenses) which winds up on Line 27a.

If you keep inventory, some shipping is part of Cost of Goods Sold.   If not, you can enter it in miscellaneous (line 48) or supplies expense (line 22).     @Workpuddle

I would expense outbound costs.
