Not Using My LLC or EIN

Hi-
I have both a LLC and EIN, but I have not used either one this past year. I have zero income/zero losses to report  and I will not be utilizing business tax credits. Do I still have to file taxes with for the unused LLC/EIN?

If it's a single-member LLC you file no form.
