They did for 2019
Turbo Tax has never had Form 990. You must be thinking of another form or another tax program.
And actually, This is a new forum layout. Some posts that have June 2019 dates are really older posts from the old forum that got moved over. So they might be for prior years and not current info. When they migrated over the dates got changed to June 2019. And the screen shots got deleted.
I used Ttax 2019 for form 990 exempt organization.
It isn’t released yet. Should be an initial release next Friday.

Turbotax (personal -- Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Self Employed) does not include federal form 990 for charities.
Turbotax Business (corporations, trusts, partnerships) has never before included form 990 and I can't find another source that says it will.
sorry, I was trying to find in Proseries. I am an old timer and still think of Proseries as Turbotax (I think they used to be the same).
