Need help with Schedule K-1 Form 1065

not sure if anything is posted in the bases for a K-1,1065 sale on a partnership

You don't need to enter any of the information from the partnership percentages. For the sale of your interest in the partnership, you'll use the basis information in the bottom left section of your Schedule K-1 (and it may be helpful if you have last years K-1 and any other records handy).
