Nanny Tax HELP and W2

I withheld medicare and social security taxes from my nanny and filled out/filed a schedule H and W3.  Does that amount get automatically deducted or do I need to pay it somewhere else?

It is already included as part of your tax return and part of your refund/amount owed.

You can see the total amount you are paying for the Schedule H on line 9 of Schedule 2.
