My dad passed this past Aug and I have to file for the irrevocable living trust not sure where to begin, can someone point me in the right direction please?

You can file a 1041 trust return using TurboTax for Business here.

The only things that you need to report on the trust return are income earned after your father's death and any expenses the trust had after your father's death.  If you don't have any income earned after your father's death you don't have to file a tax return.
