My 1099-Div from a foreign company has blank "payer's fed ID", TT won't let me complete review or file electronically. Is there a solution that let's me file electronically or should I just print my return at home and deliver to USPS?

Did TurboTax efile my amended 2022 tax return? I never received confirmation from the IRS that it was received, although TurboTax documation reveals that my amended 2022 return was being filed when it was completed in February 2025
