Is the Qualified Business Income (QBI) deduction fully implemented yet? Today is 2/2/19.

The Qualified Business Income deduction is not flowing to my form 1040. I am a sole proprietor and all business income and deduction info has been entered. I qualify for the deduction per pub 535. At the bottom of schedule C, TT is asking to link a QBI worksheet but the worksheet has not prefilled either.
