K1 Box 14 "I" (as in India). Turbo tax won't accept the amount

I received a K1 with information in Box 14, lines A, B, E and I.  I was able to enter the first three lines in Turbo Tax but it won't take the amount when I select the letter I .   How do I correct this?

Exactly what happens when you try to enter an amount and which other lines have values?

I cannot seem to reproduce what you are seeing on a test return.
