K-1 Not Showing up in the print menu or anywhere in TT Business

Why am i not able to see the K-1 in one of my 1065 return. I have another partnership return where it shows up correctly.

When I hit distribute K-1 it only shows the state K-1 and not the 1065 K-1. Everything else seem to be ok but I need that 1065 K-1 to send to the partners. Help...

First, check the partner information to make sure it is correct and that the shares total 100%.  In the return, click Business Info > Partner/Member Information.

I'm not sure where you are referring to when you say hit "distribute K-1."

It may be useful to view your forms in Forms Mode.  To do this,

1. Go into Forms Mode by clicking on the Forms icon in the top right of the blue bar. 
2. In the Forms in My Return list on the left, click Sch K- Wks.  The form will appear on the right side of the screen.
3. You can view the form on the screen or you can print a copy by clicking the Print box at the bottom of the screen.
4. If all the information appears correct, click the Schedule K-1 (partner's name) to view a Specific Partner's Schedule K-1.  Do the figures populate?
5. You should then be able to print the return and the K-1s.
6. To return to the interview, click on the Step-By-Step icon in the top right of the blue bar.

It works in the form mode As you suggested but I never had to do form mode in my other entities. It normally would show up in the printer center as a return and supporting scheduled needed to file for printing. That’s what struck me as odd that it never shows up in the printer center on this particular return.

Inside the K-1 worksheet, there are yes and no boxes that control the print of the K-1.

The program will default to "No" if you check final return by accident the previous year.
