Is it required to report on 1041 total cash distributed even if there is no taxable income?

I am using TT business for an estate tax return that is accounting for sale of property and distribution of funds and loss (sold at basis - closing costs created loss) I can not get line 10 on 1041 to populate the actual cash distributed to heirs. Is it required to report on 1041 total cash distributed even if there is no taxable income?
