Is a shipping fee deductible that was charged to me?

My publisher charged me a shipping fee to send me copies of my book. May I deduct this under Other Miscellaneous Expenses or somewhere else?

Yes.

If this shipping fee is incurred for your business, you can deduct it as Office Expenses.
