I used TurboTax to file 2018 taxes. When entering my K-1 for 2019 it is asking if I had Passive Activity losses and At-risk losses carried over from 2018. Where would I find that information?

Look for your prior year passive loss carryovers on Form 8582 of your prior year tax returns.

Unallowed losses on Form 8582 Worksheets are the losses that carry forward to the next year.
