I stayed for 11 months in one state and in the last month moved to a new state. The change of zip code is affecting the APTC reconciliation. What do I do?

I lived in FL for 11 months and Marketplace gave me APTC based on that zipcode. In Dec 2019 I moved to MN. I am filing with MN address and APTC is excess for new zipcode. Any solution?
