My problem is i do not understand why i need to pay 30$ to get my taxes fixed right. When it clearly shows i claimed 2 kids an yet didn't receive my EIC for them. I asked for help to.file an amend an you all want me to upgrade to a plus plan to get the help really. Well if thats the cade next year i will file with H&R BLOCK THAT WAY THIS PROBLEM WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN AN THEY HAVE LIVE AGENTS TO SPEAK WITH. 😡😡😠😡😡😡😠😠😡😡😠
