I am doing Personal / Self Employed. I receive a 1099-NEC, and figured out where to add the yearly insurance and the one time franchise fee. Just not this service fee I have to pay monthly.

I would list this as a legal and professional expenses.  In the description area, list it as a franchise service fee and then the yearly amount you paid for this fee.
