This should be entered as an asset for depreciation.  You can find the category for Assets (large purchases) in the interview for your business.

• In your Federal return, choose the tab for Income & Expenses
• Then, scroll down to your business tab and Start/Edit/Review
• TurboTax it should open to your business summary.  Click on the Expenses button and then on the Tell us about any expenses for work choose the radio button for Assets and Continue.
• Enter the information for your golf cart.
