I have a Ca k-1 565 form. In my federal return, it is asking me what form it is and my options are form 1065, 1120S, or 1041. Where do I enter This information?

CA K-1 565 is a state K-1 form for a partnership which will be entered on your CA state return.  For your federal return, you will need to select to enter Federal Form 1065 K-1.  Therefore, if you did not receive a 1065 K-1, check pages 2 and 3 of your CA K-1 565 and it should reflect the 1065 K-1 information in column B for your federal return.
