I changed my business start-up date to last year. Start-up cost won't delete. I can't open to edit. How can i delete the startup costs?

I changed my business start-up date to last year. Start-up cost won't delete. I can't open to edit. How can i delete the startup costs?

I had to change my start date back to the current year, then delete the start up costs. Then re-change the start date again.
