Using TT Home & Business 2018 desktop. Business is sole proprietor. Why is the business mileage field is set to zero and not editable?

On the screen for business mileage, I can type in the total miles and the commuter miles, but the field for business miles does not accept input.

Try switching to the Forms view (Ctrl+2), opening the Car and Truck Expenses Worksheet for Schedule C and entering the business mileage directly onto the form.

I called phone support and eventually, with no answer available, we deleted that vehicle and added it back in.  I was able to enter the mileage for he newly entered vehicle.
