I am filing the simple form but I have income from my cable company form 1099misc. I do not work form them. How do I list that on the simple form?

you're saying they issued you a 1099-MISC for a refund! refund. of or for what? was it business related or personal? what box on the 1099? for example. let's say you got this because you gave the cable company the name of a potential new customer and this s is really an award for doing so. the IRS would say it's taxable income reportable on schedule 1 line 8.
