How to change Schedule B 7a answer to no

It seens to automatically default to yest and I can't figure out how to change it

The question about having control of a foreign bank account, trust, or foreign asset comes up when you have finished the Income section of your return.  

Go to the Wages and Income section, scroll to the bottom, and click Continue.  One of the next few questions before getting to the Deductions and Credits section is about the foreign accounts.
