How do I use quick zoom to enter information?

Some entries have a "quick zoom" option to go to a worksheet on which you enter numbers that then flow back to the original schedule or form you were working on. You will often see that option at the top of the form you are working on or next to the entry you are making. You just click on the quick zoom option to use its feature.
