How do I log in to do my business taxes as I have already completed my personal income taxes?

I have filed my personal return, now I'm trying to file a business return and  I have a partner who is not my spouse

It sounds like you will need to file a Partnership  return through TurboTax Business.

You really should have done the Partnership Form 1065 first, since it generates a K-1 that you have to enter into your personal return.  And Form 1065 is already late...it was due MARCH 15 for calendar year partnerships.
