How do I fill in the cost of goods sold section lines 36 and 37 specifically when inputting information for schedule c in my return i dont see a promp for that anywhere

In the business interview, you will need to select that you have inventory to enter your COGS. The program will ask you all the necessary questions to calculate it.  To get back to your Schedule C:

1. Open or continue your return
2. Locate the Schedule C section
3. Go to Schedule C
4. Continue the interview until you get to the expense categories (see the images below)
5. Select Inventory the program will guide you as you enter the information
