So I'm still a bit confused.
Let's say I filed an extension for my 1120S. I got it done after March 15th and mailed it in April. That said, the 1120S I submitted had an error.
Sounds like I should reprint it, submit it again with the word Superseded written across the top of each page and call it good as "technically" my due date isn't until Oct 15 and while I submitted my first copy before then, my fixed copy will still be before then.
Is that correct?
