How do I delete MA Form 1 Schedule CB?

You can delete the form by doing the following:

• Log into your account, click on Take Me to My Return if necessary, and then click on My Account on the top of the screen
• Click on Tools and select Delete a Form
• Scroll through the list of forms under the MA state return section. When you find Schedule CB , click Delete next to it
• It will confirm that you want to delete the form, hit yes (or continue)
• The form will be deleted
