How do I deal with losing my Stimulus Check?

I can find no direct information for replacing , reporting , etc. lost damaged check.
I want to pay my 2019 tax bill using my stimulus money .

The IRS issues a lot of refunds within 21 days, but it has been taking longer with the stimulus payment being issued in addition to the tax refunds.
