How do I add passive activity loss from 2017 form 8582 to this year's return? The questions TT asks do not match form 8582.

The numbers I need to add are from Form 8582 worksheet 5, column c.

Those relate directly to each activity's worksheet. When you Edit that activity you are asked about any carryovers, including passive carryovers. When TT asks for "<some form> suspended loss" in the "passive" area, that's the 8582 Wks 5 amount you refer to.
