How do I add a 4884 form to be Michigan 2018 tax return? How can the schedule W be removed?

Answered my own questions .  Done.

Michigan state tax 4884 deductions, Includes the following, Social Security, Teacher Pension, Wells Fargo, and Brighthouse Life Insurance.

I have not payed State taxes only on rare occlusions.  Last year 2018 was included, this year you are only partially including the correct amout.
