I purchased a 2019 tax Home and Business from Turbo tax 2 days ago and downloaded it on my computer

I need help with filing it.  I am 70 years old and would like to have someone help me with it.  My name is Janet

I suggest you request Live Help with an Expert that can visualize what you need to do and walk you through the process.  If that is not a part of your software already, you will have an extra fee for that service.  

It's easy to get help with TurboTax Live. As you prepare your taxes, you can quickly connect with one of our credentialed tax experts by selecting the Live Help icon.

1. Select the floating Live help button in the bottom right corner.
2. Select Connect with live help and the top of the chat window.
3. Enter your question or topic area and Continue.
4. Select your preferred method for connecting with a tax expert.
