How can I permanently delete the Rent Certificate form? I don't wish to submit that form, but when it's deleted another is auto-created for me to review wen I try to file

1. Completely log out of your Turbo Tax account.

2. Clear your browsing history.

3. Log back into your account and click on "Take me to my return".

4. If the form comes back, you can delete all entered information and start over,

Clearing browsing data did not work, and if I try to clear and start over, I get a pop-up saying that I can no longer clear and start over because I have paid turbo tax fees. What can I do next?

To delete Schedule H in TurboTax Online:

1. Go to "My Account" in the top right corner

2. Select "Tools"

3. Under "Tools Center" select "Delete a Form"

4.  Navigate to "Schedule H" (Renter's Certificate) and select "Delete" next to it.
