Hi, I dont have schedule K-1, why my state return ask me to enter partnership information? how to remove it from state tax? Thanks!

i can't proceed to filing without entering the K-1 info, which i dont have. please help. Thanks.

Your tax return may have a Schedule K-1 which was transferred from prior year returns.

If you have no K-1 this year, you should delete that form K-1.

To delete it, please follow these steps:

1. In TurboTax, open your return
2. In the left-hand column, locate Tax Tools, click on the drop-down arrow then click on Tools
3. On the Tools Center page, click on Delete a form
4. A list of forms will appear. Locate the Schedule K-1 (name of entity) and click Delete next to it.
5. On the next screen, click Delete Form
