forms 8582 and 3800

for the past month, I have attempted to finalize my retrun but TT message says these forms are not yet available "but will be soon". These forms are on the IRS website so it seems TT has a glitch that needs to be fixed ASAP

The IRS has to approve the programming of these forms for use with within Turbo Tax software; as such, the dates when they are ready in our program can differ form what you see on the IRS website. However, based on the forms availability list, both these forms are listed as currently available. Are you using Turbo Tax Online or the desktop software? if using the latter on PC, please check for updates.
