You do not file tax "returns" on a quarterly basis. You will file a 2025 tax return when tax year 2025 is over, in early 2026.
If you expect to owe at least $1000 at tax time, you can make estimated quarterly tax payments.
If you live in a state with a state income tax, you might need to make estimated payments to your state.

You can make payments on the IRS site (Make sure you choose that you making an estimated payment for 2025):

A single-member LLC is a "disregarded entity" for tax purposes. That means it's treated the same as a sole proprietorship. The LLC is ignored. You report the income and expenses for the LLC on Schedule C included in your personal tax return. There is no separate tax return for the LLC.
