I paid SE quarterly tax and SE tax is not listed under taxes paid in TT SE program. Where do you enter paid SE tax. Federal tax is listed!

Estimated taxes paid cover ANY taxes on your return not just the SE taxes ...
It gets entered in the Federal section of the program (even the state estimates) and the program pulls the amounts into the state return.
You will see sections for federal, state, and local under the Estimated Taxes screen -
Great answer. In the section of estimated taxes, the federal seems to be specific. "federal estimated taxes 2019 (form 1099ES). This doesn't sound like SE tax will get to the right place since social security is different?
Thanks,
You sent in the estimates on a 1040ES slips. The SE tax is part of your individual tax return. You owe one tax due on the total of your regular income tax and self employment tax combined. The estimates go for all the tax. The Social Security gets your SE Tax just from your tax return on the 1040 Schedule 2 line 4 which goes to 1040 line 15.
Thank you, This confirms my thinking. Estimated payments are tracked by your social number.
The IRS added 1040 ES to the estimate and I thought that was the only estimated cost to enter. The estimate is tracked by your SSN to sort what has been entered.
Thanks,
