Entering information Schedule K-1, Box 17 has 4 codes but there are only three areas to enter codes and amounts. Where do I enter the 4th code and amount? Thank you!

I am entering information from Schedule K-1 and Box 17 has four codes but there are only three areas to enter codes and amounts.  Where do I enter the fourth code and amount?  Thank you!

On the Enter Box 17 info screen, a new blank line will appear once you've completed the first three lines.
