Does the Home and Business contain the schedule C?

Yes. In fact all the Desktop CD/Download versions have all the forms. Even Desktop Deluxe has schedule C. In the Online versions you need to use the Self Employed version to fill out schedule C. Home & Business is the Desktop name. It is the same as the online Self Employed version.
