Do I need to attach a copy of Federal 1065 return with my Arizona 165 return?

Az instructions for Form 165 say that since 2015 it is not required to attach a copy of the Federal 1065 return to the Az Form 165 return.  However, TurboTax Business 2017 says a copy of Form 1065 must be attached.  Which is correct?

Also, AZ instructions for form 165 say it must be filed by the 15th of the third month of the new tax year (March 15th), whereas TurboTax says to file by April 17.  Which is correct?

For the federal Form 1065, the due date is March 15, 2018 for the 2017 tax return, as is the AZ 165. Unless requested, you do not need to attach a copy of the federal Form 1065, but it can be attached if you choose.
