Delete Schedule C?

I did not operate my business any more starting in 2018. Can I just delete the Schedule C and business or should I indicate on the Schedule C that this business and all assets were disposed of Jan1, 2018?

Delete Schedule C?

Yes. I'd recommend you file a "final return" for your business and dispose the assets rather than just deleting the Schedule C.
