I had a single-member LLC that I closed in 2023. I was advised to send a letter to the IRS to close the business account, as I had an EIN. Since there were no business activities, I haven't filed a Schedule C for the past several years.
I'm wondering if there's anything specific I need to be concerned about or any additional documents I need to send to the IRS besides the letter.
