Charitable Deductions and K-1s
I'm working on my deceased father's tax return for his trust. One distribution has been made and this year will be the final distribution. All of his stocks and bonds were sold in 2024 along with his limited partnerships. TT is telling me that one of the K-1s is showing a charitable contribution but I don't know which one and I don't think that is correct. How do I find which K-1 is showing this contribution?

Charitable Deductions and K-1s
On a partnership 1065 K-1 charitable contributions are coded in box 13 A or B. So if one of his partnerships had charitable contributions to pass through to him that is where they would be.
