Capital Gain Wks (untitled): Pt III, In I, Description to be entered. I am doing my elderly mother's taxes and don't know what to enter. Can someone help?

Capital Gain Wks (untitled): Pt III, In I, Description to be entered
Pt III, In I, description (next to this is a box in which to enter the description).  
I have no idea what to enter.  Shouldn't  turbotax have imported all it needed when I signed into my mothers investment account  (her account is with a firm listed in turbotax as being one that it could import information from)?

I should note that turbotax did put some x's in boxes in parts 1 and 2 of this worksheet, but did NOT fill in "brokerage house" (part II, line 5c) or "description" part III, line 1.
I assume "brokerage house" is the company handling my mother's stocks and bonds.  But I am clueless as to what to put in the "description" box.

The 'Description' can be as general as 'Stocks' or as specific as '500 Shares AT&T'.

It would be much easier to enter the Financial Data, if you are looking at the actual form, such as a 10999-B or 10999-DIV, which may also have information and summary pages. 

You may want to switch back to Step-by-Step mode where there are More Info and Help screens to guide you.

Then TurboTax fills out the Worksheets for you as you go through the interview.
