cannot adjust dividends for beneficiary K-1 541

1) I am on the page for Estate and Trust K-1 Adjustments (California). Form from the executor indicates I should have a different entry for 2-Dividends but on Turbo Tax it is greyed out and shows $0. The Federal amount is $19,204 and I need Calif amount to be $24,281. 2) I need to add $78 for Tax-exempt interest on line 14a but there is no prompt for that on Turbo Tax. I tried changing to Forms but 2a is still not editable for the dividends and there isn't even a 14a-Tax exempt interest line.
