If you're filing your taxes through TurboTax Online, then Deluxe does not support 1099B forms, you can choose to upgrade to Premier, but if you have self employed expenses and income, I suggest going into TurboTax Self Employed. Here's a side by side comparison for which editions you can use for 1099B.
